What is stCHZ?
stCHZ is the liquid staking token you receive when staking CHZ on Kayen. For every CHZ you stake, you'll receive a corresponding amount of stCHZ that accrues staking yield while staying tradable and LP-able.
What if I already have CHZ staked natively?
If you're already staking CHZ, you can migrate your position through the official staking smart contract. All of your staked CHZ will be ported to Kayen's liquid staking contract and you'll receive a corresponding amount of stCHZ. The scoring formula follows the same mechanism as is used for holding CHZ, so bringing 10× more scores about 5.6× the points.
How does migration work?
Migration isn't a single transaction. First, undelegate your staked CHZ in Chiliz governance and wait the unstaking period of about 2 days. Then claim your CHZ, and stake it with Kayen Liquid Staking — from that moment you start earning points.
When does Season 01 start?
August 3, 11:00 CEST. Points start counting immediately, scoring is calculated weekly, and the season lasts four weeks until August 31 at 11:00 CEST.
What resets my loyalty multiplier?
Withdrawing more than half your position. The multiplier climbs 1.0×→1.2×→1.5×→1.8× over four weeks of continuous staking. Small withdrawals don't affect it but unstaking more than half sends it back to 1.0×.
What happens if I withdraw all my staked CHZ?
You can withdraw at any time by depositing your stCHZ into the liquid staking contract. Your CHZ will then be returned to you following an unstaking period of 2 days. Should you withdraw all your staked CHZ, however, your multiplier will reset and you'll stop earning points.
How does buying score?
Buying stCHZ from the stCHZ/CHZ pool provides a one-time points award. Selling earns nothing.
When can I claim my CHZ from the prize pool?
Once the leaderboard is finalized on August 31 at 11:00 CEST, 350,000 CHZ will be claimable by qualifying stakers. Claims stay open for one month after the season ends – until September 30.
